interesting, but how do you get the temperature reading?
ReplyDeleteI mean: do you put the LM35 (properly "water-proofed") inside the fermentor or?
I have the LM35 mounted at the end of a long plastic tube, waterproofed of course, so that the sensor is immersed at the approximate centre of the fermenter. I've since added a screen to the design, and am working on putting the finishing touches on it as we speak.
